- 1 medium size avocado ripened
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 cup vegan honey
- 1/4 cup vegan heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Remove the seed from the avocado and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
Add the cacao powder, honey, heavy cream, and vanilla bean paste to the food processor.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
