Ingredients

  • 1 medium size avocado ripened
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup vegan honey
  • 1/4 cup vegan heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • Remove the seed from the avocado and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  • Add the cacao powder, honey, heavy cream, and vanilla bean paste to the food processor.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
