- 1 pound zucchini sliced into halves or quarters
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Into a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter. When the butter is melted, add the zucchini. Cook for 3 minutes, or until zucchini is fork-tender.
Add the garlic and continue cooking for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Add salt and pepper, adjust seasoning to taste, and serve hot.
