Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 11-ounce package mini saltine crackers, or three sleeves full-size

Instructions

  • Into a large bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add saltine crackers and gently toss until coated.
  • Cover tightly and set aside to marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours, then serve.
