Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 8 ounces plant-based sausage
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion diced
  • 1 - 6- ounce package dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Into a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegan butter. When butter is melted, crumble in the plant-based sausage. Add celery and onion. Cook, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes, until sausage is browned and vegetables are softened.
  • Add stuffing mix and water. Gently stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  • Into a 9x9-inch prepared baking dish, add the sausage stuffing mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
